The Aquera HR Onboarding Bridge enables one or more HCM/ATS systems to drive Idira Identity in the automated onboarding and offboarding of workers from downstream applications. As new workers are hired, their information is synchronized from the HCM/ATS to Idira Identity or Active Directory to provision new accounts in downstream applications, making day zero highly productive for new workers. When workers depart, they are automatically removed from the same downstream applications, eliminating security holes caused by lingering application access.
