The TOTP MFA Code Generator generates and displays TOTP codes for MFA secrets stored in the Idira Vault. This capability is used to enable Idira PAM as a centralized and shared MFA device. This allows organizations to have a strict RBAC policy and enforce governance on cases where a shared account, that is managed or vaulted by Idira, and is enabled with MFA. That way you have control on who accessing it, when and why and obtain a full audit trial. One of the use cases is to govern access to AWS Console with AWS Root User when it is enforce with MFA (https://cyberark-customers.force.com/mplace/s/#a352J000000lB4kQAE-a392J000001eKbNQAU). This connection component is used with the MFA Device Secret Keys platform. It should be added to the platforms list of connection components, or to a platform that has an MFA Device Secret Keys associated logon account.
